We compile updates from our systems monitoring, client reports, vendor reports and public sources. Where we can refer you to vendor status pages with meaningful information we will do.
Please check the service status before you contact us because if it’s a broader issue, it is likely we’ll have a high number of calls and we won’t have any more information than appears on this page.

Our normal business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in England). In addition, reasonable efforts will be taken to respond during extended hours from 8.30am and until 5.30pm.
For clients with an out of hours support contract, please call your dedicated support number outside the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm.
